"I was aware that I was in a rut, without a job and with so much that I wanted to do or achieve, but I had little energy or will to do anything. With Sharon’s offer of a free introductory coaching session I was able to start to see the wood for the trees, and find out what was really important to me (which was not necessarily what I originally thought). The ongoing coaching was friendly and fun, not without its challenges both practically and emotionally, but very much action-based and not just contemplative. I achieved things that I had forever thought that I would like to do. I now say “why not?” instead of “yes, but”! I now have stopped a lot of my bad habits and started some good ones. I now have some tricks that will help me stop falling into a rut again. When I am asked what has made me positive and fun again, I give lots of credit to Sharon’s coaching and say that it’s a great action-oriented way of moving on in life. Letting me talk with an uninvolved party, with someone else who expects results from me, other than myself. It is not therapy." M, London
"Self evaluation and goal setting were aspects of life that others analysed. I had no time nor inclination to pursue this line because I didn't need it in my life - how wrong I was! After working with Sharon, I realised that so much could be achieved by a simple change in perspective, a view of my life from a slightly different direction. Self-help books and exercises omit the one vital ingredient required to progress in one's life, the one-to-one contact with somebody who listens, doesn't judge and simplifies issues that are too complex to fathom, or don't seem to be there at all. I really enjoy the sessions with Sharon, relaxed and informal, yet immensely thought provoking and forward thinking. I am asked what I know I need to hear from Sharon and I always come away from the sessions clear-headed and motivated. I am at present beginning a new career in education and my clarity of thought and future planning are now of paramount importance - thanks to Sharon's expert coaching. I would certainly advise others to follow a life coaching course and I see Sharon as a close friend and a true expert in her field." Robert Parker
"For months I had been looking
for an answer about what is blocking my successful career. I know I am really
good with what I do, but also feel afraid of my own success. I had already
looked at my fears and doubts, but I felt there was still something much
deeper....... In just half an hour of coaching, Sharon helped me get to the
truth. Antonia Behan
"As a trainee life coach myself, I believe that it is important for coaches to experience the coaching process first hand, both as a trainee and as a qualified coach. This approach, i.e. coaching the coaches, is also encouraged by my teachers as part of a 'best practice' policy. Sharon has coached me on a number of occasions, and each session has been a delightful mixture of discovery, fun and a real sense of progress. Sharon has a wonderfully calm and mature style, and has a real talent for asking powerful questions that get straight to the heart of the matter. She has helped me focus on my strengths, values and goals, which has in turn helped me progress enormously in my studies and business planning activities. For anyone looking to make a change in their life, I would thoroughly recommend Sharon as a coach - she can help you on the road to making your dreams come true!" Sandra Everett
"When I started coaching, I was looking particularly for someone who could quickly tune into my level, and who would be completely non-judgemental. I wanted to work with someone who was warm, humorous, but also professional and ethical. I expected a lot from the coaching as well! I found exactly what I was looking for in Sharon and we quickly established a comfortable relationship, which allowed me to explore my values. I have felt guided through a very challenging phase in my life by having this space to explore what really matters to me. I have sliced right through some limiting beliefs and got hold of what is really important to me. Coupled with new beliefs is ACTION – something I had been reluctant to take in the past. I wondered if coaching could really be the thing to finally move me forward – and it has lived up to my hopes. Thank you Sharon, for helping to steer me in the direction of my dreams!" Alex Parker
"I have learned that success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles overcome while trying to succeed." Booker T Washington
