Life Coaching Skills - On this very useful one-day course, you will practice valuable coaching skills & techniques, learn a nationally-recognised life coaching model, understand current issues related to life coaching then look at how to apply these skills in your own life or when managing others.  An attendance certificate & workbook are included with notes from the day, as well as additional activities for use in your every day life.  (N.B. Attending this course does not certify you as a life coach, it simply teaches you coaching skills).
